- Residents worry about safety, food quality, cleanliness, privacy, and whether the place will really match what was promised. Every day, students and professionals move from one PG to another hoping to finally find the Best Paying Guest that truly feels like home.
- On the other side, PG owners face a different struggle. They invest time and money to run good properties, yet finding the right tenants and managing vacancies becomes stressful. Many owners want to build a trusted name as the Best PG, but do not have the right platform to reach genuine residents.
